Honda Civic Si Gen 11/Accord Gen 10/Acura Integra Gen 5 G-Loc Front Brake Pads
G-Loc brakes have a great reputation within the community and we are happy to share this pad offering for the Civic crowd! These pads are for the 2022+ Civic Si and 2023+ Acura Integra as well as the 2017-2021 Accord Sport, Touring and R-Line.
All compounds are available, select compound to see price.
We do not stock G-Loc pads at this time so there is a couple week lead time on all G-Loc pads.
GS-1: The GS-1 is a great street pad, low dust and great stopping power from cold.
R6: The R6 is a great entry level pad for novice track days and autocross use, still able to be street driven but makes a fair amount more dust and noise than the GS-1.
R8: The R8 is a step above the R6 and a great option for moderate track use. Street driving is not recommended for long periods of time as it will accelerate rotor wear and have moderate dust.
R10: The R10 is the next step above the R8 with higher heat capacity and one of the go to compounds we recommend for those interested about getting into serious track use. Not meant for street driving.
R12: The R12 has more initial bite and overall friction with a higher heat capacity than the R10. We recommend it for serious track use with popular sticky 200TW tires. Not meant for street driving.
R14: The R14 is a lower friction compound than R12 and has a lower heat capacity. It is intended for endurance racing conditions with lighter weight, lower horsepower cars in mind. Not meant for street driving.
R16: The R16 is high initial bite and heat capacity with linear torque curve. We recommend it for heavy track use with R compound tires. Requires moderate heat input to get up to temp. Not meant for street driving.
R18: The R18 is the higher heat capacity compound from G-Loc and also have very high initial bite and linear torque curve. We only recommend these pads for high horsepower cars being used for extended heavy track use on racing slicks. Requires high heat input to get up to temp. Not meant for street driving.
